Challenge

StoneAge Tools’ company growth plan is focused on investing in technology and expanding revenue streams, requiring scalable solutions to support a subscription-based model and expanded customer base. With the desire to quickly implement the new solution, StoneAge wanted a custom software development partner that could help them turn their existing tech into a scalable solution on an accelerated timeline.

Solution

Knowing how important it was to move quickly, Viagio jumped into project discovery, ensuring the engineers were fully up to speed with the StoneAge’s existing technology before diving into development of a vision for the future. Once discovery was complete, the Viagio team integrated additional engineers into the project team and began transitioning StoneAge’s existing technology onto a newly designed scalable React framework. The new framework allows new user-based roles and provisioning, as well as enhanced data reporting visualizations and functionality. Deploying additional engineers kept the project moving at a pace that aligned with the client’s goals.

Result

The Viagio team delivered the MVP product within three months of engagement for select beta clients to utilize and test. Upon the first demo with the largest client, Viagio received positive feedback and StoneAge extended their contract to tackle more technical initiatives.
