Onboarding and Setup
Our dedicated continuity team will schedule onboarding and knowledge transfer sessions with your team, gaining access to all necessary systems and accounts. Our engineers will be dedicated to setting up a development environment and ramping up on your codebase and application features. Finally, we’ll run a test run of deployment for each relevant platform as well as a review of Regression Test Suites.
Incident Management & Feature Enhancements
The Continuity team will review, troubleshoot, and escalate reported issues, including communication back to you with relevant updates. We’ll identify and coordinate implementation of any dependent, third-party software to ensure you’re up to date. We’ll also provide monthly status reports and maintain a backlog of lower severity issues and new features / enhancements for the purpose of review and consideration for future Ad-Hoc development.
