Continuity & Ongoing Support


Onboarding and Setup

Our dedicated continuity team will schedule onboarding and knowledge transfer sessions with your team, gaining access to all necessary systems and accounts. Our engineers will be dedicated to setting up a development environment and ramping up on your codebase and application features. Finally, we’ll run a test run of deployment for each relevant platform as well as a review of Regression Test Suites.

Incident Management & Feature Enhancements

The Continuity team will review, troubleshoot, and escalate reported issues, including communication back to you with relevant updates. We’ll identify and coordinate implementation of any dependent, third-party software to ensure you’re up to date. We’ll also provide monthly status reports and maintain a backlog of lower severity issues and new features / enhancements for the purpose of review and consideration for future Ad-Hoc development.​​

Incident Management & Resolution

The Continuity team will review, troubleshoot, and escalate reported issues, using a severity scale to prioritize and resolve anything that comes up.

Technical Monitoring & Alerts

We will monitor and alert on error logs, Crashlytics, or any other relevant solution-specific alerting services to identify issues in real-time. Dependencies will be monitored and upgrades implemented as opportunities are detected.

New Feature Analysis

Our team will also be dedicated to assessing application changes that introduce small new features, enhancing existing functionality, and overall addressing larger preventative maintenance efforts.
